Silence...!!!

I know one guy who had got an essay " The Silence" in his examination. He was so cute that he had left 3 pages blank and then he had written "Due to time shortage he couldn't express his silence long!!!!"......But silence is such a powerful weapon that u can kill any1........I have heard sumwhere that Silence is a positive sign.......But is this really true all the time??
